Air Advantage Mission Statement: Air Advantage is dedicated to meet the needs of our customers by exceeding their expectations with the highest possible standards of value, quality and service.

Air Advantage, LLC is a small, woman-owned business. Air Advantage is a Virginia Class A company (2705094503A) that began operations on January 1, 2003. Our services include indoor air quality testing, microbial remediation, microbial (mold, bacteria, algae and yeast) prevention systems, water restoration and duct cleaning. Our principal goal is to provide honest and ethical mold remediation services.

After completing hundreds of mold remediation jobs, we decided it was in our customers’ best interest to conduct indoor air quality testing. We felt that since we specialized in mold remediation, our credentials and training would offer our customers a more comprehensive investigative and a more common sense approach to indoor air quality inspections. Our customers receive a detailed report which includes a scope of work specifically designed for mold remediation, not to be confused with Asbestos Remediation.

In May, 2005 Air Advantage added air duct cleaning to their list of services. In keeping with our belief in honest business practices, we purchased a unique duct cleaning system that when possible allows our technicians to monitor the entire cleaning on a video monitor while recording the entire duct cleaning procedure for the customer.

During this same time, Air Advantage purchased an electrostatic sprayer to deliver mPale anti-microbial.  The electrostatic sprayer increases antimicrobial coverage by 70% resulting in significantly improved indoor air quality. Combining the electrostatic technology with mPale® has become known as our antimicrobial process HealthyGuard™.

Air Advantage recently added MicroGuard®, eco-friendly, inorganic, saline based protective sealants.  MicroGuard® provides extreme, long-lasting, durable layer of protection for tile, cement, masonry materials, HVAC systems and non-ferrous metals. 

Today Air Advantage continues to provide quality services at an affordable cost to their customers. Air Advantage services are available from, but not limited to, Washington, DC to Tidewater, VA and the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
