Air Advantage Professional Staff Members:
Leslie L. Hanson
CMR, CIE - Owner and CEO
Leslie is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE #01779), Certified Mold
Remediator (CMR #01733) through the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)
and a Certified Electrostatic Applicator and AEGIS Applicator. She is a
graduate from Enviro-Mold Boot Camp and was certified through The Institute
of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in water restoration. Leslie
has successfully overseen in more than 200 mold remediation jobs. As a CIE,
Leslie is certified as a Mold Inspector and has conducted over 100 mold
inspections. Leslie has attended every Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)
conferences since 2003.
Eric P. Hanson
CSP - Head of Field Operations
An Industrial Safety professional, Eric provides Air Advantage with
expertise in a number of safety related disciplines, including hazard
analysis, mitigation and communication, accident/incident investigation,
personal protective equipment, respirator training and safe operations of
our equipment. In 1997, Eric received, the Vice Presidents Hammer Award for
“The Work Smart Standards Process at Jefferson Lab”, an effort that
streamlines governmental oversight. He is a member of the American Society
of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and of the Board of Certified Safety
Professionals (BCSP).
Sara S. Brinkley
CIEC, CMR – Vice President of Operations
Sara is a graduate of Christopher Newport University and has over four years of
experience in mold remediation and mold inspections. Sara is involved in all
aspects of our business, and offers an array of knowledge to its overlapping
departments. Sara is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIEC), Certified Mold
Remediator, Certified Electrostatic Applicator and Certified AGEIS applicator.
Sara attended the 2005 and 2006 Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)
conferences.
Bevan Brinkley
Project Director
Bevan has over 5 years in the HVAC and duct cleaning
business as well as 3 years experience in building turbine enclosures for the
United States Coast Guard and building and installing HEPA and gas filters for
the Navy. In addition, Bevan has over 10 years experience in roofing and
construction. He recently completed the Certified Mold Remediation course
through the IAQA. He has completed over 100 commercial and residential mold
remediation and duct cleaning jobs since joining Air Advantage in 2005. Bevan
brings his vast experience and knowledge in construction to Air Advantage and
our customers.
